Mike is an award-winning planner, urban designer, and landscape architect with over 22 years of both national and international experience specializing in planning, and design. Mike has traveled and practiced across the world to study and experience designs of various scales and styles. His cross-disciplinary background and expertise offers a deep understanding when designing to a client's vision, as well as considering the site and programming to create memorable environments.
Mike is a recognized expert witness in the field of landscape architecture and regular design juror for the architecture and urban design programs at Catholic University and Columbia University. Mike is the co-founder and content manager of www.landscapearchitecture.org. and www.urbandesign.org. Mike received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Florida, and a Master of Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University.

He thrives on designs that create unforgettable moments that blend indoor and outdoor into paradise.

Andy's background and expertise is founded on extensive studies in landscape architecture, architecture, and urban design both in the United States as well as abroad. He has taught at Catholic University and regularly consults landscape and urban designers regarding the key ingredients to providing exceptional client and design service.

Alvaro Zayas

Alvaro is a specialist in environmental and sustainable design and Geo-spatial analysis. His background is comprised of a detailed understanding of environmental design, land use planning, and micro-climate analysis. Alvaro's eye for site and context analysis and sustainable applications is key to each project's success.

Israel is an architect and urban designer with over 18 years of experience working on projects of various scales and global locations. His expertise in understanding the site and its many characteristics is instrumental to the design's union of the architecture and landscape. Israel has a passion and eye for architecture detailing and design to address the various local conditions and styles.

Israel has traveled and lived across the globe to research and further develop his understanding of architecture and scale. He has won several awards for his architecture, landscape, and urban designs. Israel received his Bachelor in Architecture at La Universidad de Puerto Rico, and Masters from Columbia University.
Eduardo F. Bello

Eduardo is a gardening specialist with over 40 years of orchid growth, grafting, and maintenance oversight experience. His expertise spans all of the tropical and sub-tropical plant regions.
